BEGINNER CLASS

A focused session designed to help first-timers master the Rowformer. Our instructors break down the technique and movement so you feel confident training the STRONG way.

STRONG BODY

Rounded full-body Pilates inspired training paired with cardio bursts. Each session designed to push limits and build your strength, mobility, and endurance.

STRONG LOADED

Heavy springs, dumbbells, and serious time under tension – each session targets either upper/abs or lower body for optimal strength development.

PILATES ONLY

Dynamic movements, Pilates flows and a balance of stability and mobility. Built to burn, strengthen, and level up your control.

STRONG SWEAT

Think high-intensity, volume and expect to build up a sweat. Structured training designed to build stamina, test your threshold, and condition your body to go further, for longer.
